Participation of the College of Environmental Sciences in the vanguard camp held under the auspices of the Presidency of the University of Mosul
The College of Environmental Sciences actively participated in the University of Mosul’s booth at the Pioneer Camp, showcasing a number of scientific projects focused on achieving sustainable development goals, including quality education, sustainable cities and communities, responsible consumption and production, climate action, life on the land, and clean and affordable energy. This was part of the university’s activities aimed at strengthening its role in serving the community. The college showcased examples of student and academic research and initiatives addressing environmental issues, renewable energy, and natural resource management, in addition to practical applications that contribute to raising environmental awareness among young people.
This participation embodies the college’s mission of linking academics with practical reality and promoting a culture of sustainability in line with the university’s efforts to support national and global goals for sustainability and renewable energy.
