A seminar in the Climate Change Department focused on virtual reality technology.

Under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Environmental Sciences, Dr. Muthanna Jassim Al-Taie, and with the attendance and follow-up of the Head of the Climate Change Department, Dr. Ali Zain Al-Abidin Haider, a seminar was held in the Climate Change Department entitled “The Impact of Virtual Reality Technology on the Educational Environment.” The seminar was presented by Ms. Raghad Mawloud Dahash, a lecturer in our college’s Climate Change Department.

The seminar discussed the integration of virtual reality technology into the educational environment, which represents a qualitative leap from the traditional indoctrination-based education model to the world of immersive experiential learning. This technology is not merely an entertainment tool; it serves as a powerful means of creating safe and interactive learning environments that improve understanding, enhance comprehension, and prepare students to meet the demands of the future labor market.
