The Dean’s Assistant for Scientific Affairs, Dr. Mohammed Waleed Al-Abbasi, and the Dean’s Assistant for Administrative Affairs, Dr. Omar Idris Al-Maamari, held an extensive meeting with the staff and heads of units and departments at the college. During the meeting, a number of administrative and organizational issues aimed at improving the work environment and enhancing institutional performance were discussed.

The meeting began with commendation for the staff’s efforts and the clear positive results achieved in organizing and implementing work. Several observations and development proposals were also addressed, which would enhance performance efficiency and improve the level of service within the college.

The meeting addressed employee evaluations, adherence to official working hours, and the mechanism for coordinating work between units and departments to ensure fairness and transparency in task distribution.

The importance of preparing to form emergency task forces and committees was also emphasized. These measures would ensure rapid and accurate execution, contributing to the achievement of the college’s goals and the development of its administrative and academic standing towards further progress and advancement.

At the end of the meeting, the floor was opened for staff to raise any problems or obstacles they face in their daily work, with the aim of finding appropriate solutions and strengthening the work environment within the college.
