College of Environmental Sciences

As part of the scientific activities program of the Department of Environmental Technologies and in order to promote the principle of scientific cooperation between colleges in our university, the Department of Environmental Technologies/College of Environmental Sciences organized a scientific visit for first-year students to the central laboratory at the College of Agriculture and Forestry on Wednesday morning, December 24, 2025. The visit included learning about the modern equipment available and laboratory tests. A comprehensive scientific explanation was given by (Assistant Professor Dr. Arqam Muhammad Azhar/Head of the Laboratory) about all the equipment available in the central laboratory, explaining its mechanism of operation and the measurements that can be obtained. At the end of the visit, the visiting delegation expressed their sincere thanks to the College of Agriculture and Forestry/Central Laboratory and the Dean of the College for the scientific cooperation between the two colleges, as the visit achieved five of the Sustainable Development Goals (Goal 4, Goal 8, Goal 9, Goal 12, Goal 17).
