The College of Fine Arts celebrates its women on their International Day.
On the occasion of International Women’s Day, and in the presence of Professor Dr. Bashar Abdel-Ghani Muhammad, Scientific Assistant for Scientific Affairs, the College of Fine Arts/member of the Sustainable Development Liaison and the Women’s Empowerment Unit held a joyful celebration attended by a large number of our college’s members today, Thursday, March 7, 2024.
The celebration included speeches on this occasion by teacher Saadi Saleh, head of the Accounts Division, a speech by assistant teacher Jinan Abdel Razzaq, head of the Women’s Empowerment Unit, and a speech by teacher Firdous Behnam Yashou, member of the Sustainable Development Liaison.
The Scientific Assistant also delivered a speech from the Deanship of the College of Fine Arts and honored Mrs. Ruwaida Khalil (referred to retirement) as an example of a distinguished employee. The ceremony concluded with the holding of a drawing exhibition entitled (They) which was opened by Professor Alaa Shaker Mahmoud, Dean of the College of Fine Arts at the University of Diyala, in the presence of the two Scientific and Administrative Assistants. And heads of scientific departments.
