On Tuesday, June 3, 2025, Professor Dr. Hamid Ibrahim Al-Rashidi, Dean of the College of Fine Arts, met with the head and members of the committee formed to follow up on voter cards within the college.

During the meeting, emphasis was placed on the importance of intensive media promotion for official websites and social media platforms. The discussions also focused on monitoring the update rates for electoral cards and encouraging cooperation with ministerial teams scheduled to visit the college.
