The College of Fine Arts Council Holds Its First Session for the Academic Year 2025-2026
The Dean of the College of Fine Arts at the University of Mosul, Professor Dr. Hamid Ibrahim Al-Rashidi, chaired the first session of the College Council for the academic year 2025-2026 on Tuesday, September 16, 2025.
The meeting was attended by the Assistant Deans for Scientific and Administrative Affairs, the members of the Council, and the head of the Media and Government Communication Division, who was hosted for the session.
The attendees discussed several key topics, including:

Promotions and scientific research.

The Iraqi universities’ customs and traditions bylaw (lā’iḥat al-a‘rāf wa-al-taqālīd).

Updating the college’s official website to align with the university’s new web interface.

Evaluating the performance of the teaching staff.

Canceling celebratory aspects of student graduation ceremonies.

Readiness and preparation for the start of the new academic year.
