“Professor Dr. Hamid Ibrahim Al-Rashidi, Dean of the College of Fine Arts at the University of Mosul, chaired the second session of the College Council on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, in the presence of the esteemed members of the Council.

The attendees discussed a number of topics, including scientific research and promotions, emphasizing the need to inform students to complete the issuance of the unified identity card through the mobile teams at the University of Mosul, the issue of health insurance for employees and students, and stressing the importance of holding workshops related to scientific research.
