The College of Fine Arts, in cooperation with the Department of Studies and Planning / Sustainable Development Unit at the Presidency of the University of Mosul, organized a workshop entitled “Variation of Theatrical Composition in Contemporary Theatre Performance.” The workshop was presented by Assistant Professor Dr. Omar Mohammed Jindari for the students of the Department of Theatrical Arts (Directing Branch).

The workshop aimed to introduce students to the variation of theatrical composition in directorial thought from the Greeks to post-modernism. It highlighted the most prominent techniques introduced that benefited experimental directors in the 20th century and contemporary times, thereby enriching the students’ experiences in the laboratory applications course, and achieving the 4th Sustainable Development Goal (SDG 4).
