On Monday, April 6, 2026, the Department of Theatre Arts held its regular periodic meeting—its seventh session for the 2025–2026 academic year—chaired by Dr. Aqeel Majid Hamid and attended by the faculty body.

The attendees discussed a number of key topics, most notably academic promotions and scientific research, following up on graduation projects for fourth-year students, tracking the theoretical subjects for the Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQ) examination system, and reviewing the department’s preparations ahead of the final examinations.
