The visit aimed to monitor the final procedures for the electronic migration of data to the Student Information System (SIS), emphasizing the necessity of accuracy in data entry and processing to safeguard students’ rights and digitally update their academic records. He also reviewed the workflow of the examination committees to ensure compliance with regulations and instructions, thereby achieving the required smooth flow in academic and administrative performance.
