“A Study of the Relationship Between Learning Styles and Motivation with Academic Achievement Among Bachelor of Nursing Students.”

In the presence of Dr. Tahsein Muhsin Hussein, Dean of the College of Nursing at the University of Mosul, and Dr. Rayan Ibrahim Khalil, Associate Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs, the master’s thesis defense of student Rawnak Mohammed Jassim was held on the morning of Wednesday, August 27, 2025, in the discussion hall of the college. The thesis is entitled:

“A Study of the Relationship Between Learning Styles and Motivation with Academic Achievement Among Bachelor of Nursing Students.”

This study aims to evaluate the impact of work environment quality on the phenomenon of job burnout among nurses, within the framework of enhancing the quality of education and achieving Goal 4 of the Sustainable Development Goals (Quality Education).

The examination committee consisted of:

• Asst. Prof. Dr. Rawnak Hassan Mohammed – Member / College of Nursing – University of Duhok
• Lecturer Dr. Mohammed Ahmed Sultan – Member / College of Nursing – University of Mosul
• Prof. Dr. Ridwan Hussein Ibrahim – Member and Supervisor / College of Nursing – University of Nineveh

The session witnessed an in-depth scientific discussion, including valuable remarks and recommendations that enriched the thesis and enhanced its academic quality.

At the conclusion of the defense, the committee decided to grant the student a Master’s degree in Nursing Sciences, after making the required modifications.

On this occasion, the Dean of the College of Nursing extends heartfelt congratulations to the student, wishing her continued success in her academic and professional career.
