Assistant lecturer Ahmed Mishaan Al-Khatib, a lecturer at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, participated in the first statistics course in volleyball, which was held in the capital, Baghdad, from February 27 to March 1, 2025, with the participation of a number of specialists from within Iraq.

The course dealt with training on a group of modern statistical programs in volleyball, and aimed to introduce statistics and its importance in developing training in the game.

The course, in which the head of the Statistics Committee, Dr. Tariq Ali Youssef, lectured, witnessed a distinguished success, with the attendance of the head of the Iraqi Volleyball Federation, Dr. Habib Ali Al-Lawandi.
