Construction and Projects Unit
The Construction and Projects Unit is the specialized engineering and technical body responsible for planning, monitoring, and executing all infrastructure projects, as well as the rehabilitation and maintenance of facilities and sports venues within the college. The unit reports directly to the Dean of the College to ensure speed and precision in completing vital projects that serve the academic and athletic mission.
Head of the Unit: Mr. Anmar Sharaf Al-Din.
Duties and Responsibilities

Engineering Planning: Preparing annual engineering plans for new projects and necessary restoration works for college buildings and sports halls.

Field Supervision: Providing direct technical and field supervision over construction projects to ensure compliance with engineering specifications and officially approved timelines.

Periodic Maintenance: Overseeing the routine maintenance of all college facilities and sports fields to ensure their sustainability and safety for the educational process.

Bill of Quantities (BOQ): Preparing engineering surveys, bills of quantities, and financial cost estimates for planned projects.

Quality Control: Inspecting the quality of construction materials used in projects and ensuring contractors adhere to technical standards and occupational safety requirements.

Technical Archiving: Documenting project completion stages and archiving engineering blueprints and technical reports for future reference or expansion operations.
