Released by the Iraqi Council of Representatives Law No. (80) for the year 2012 (Act privileges judicial investigators) where publication of this law in the Official Gazette of Iraq in the number (4256) on November 5, 2012 has included this law four articles came in the reasons for the issuance of this law in order to interest in the work of judicial investigators and the risks to which they are exposed and to provide them privileges Ngném by any other work is not consistent with the work of their job initiated this law
