Faculty of Law participate in the session of the National Center for Management Development
On 05.07.2013 and based "on the commissioning by the Deanship of the Faculty of Law and the President of the branch of the law on co Dr. Yasser as Thanon law professor pleadings and proof in our college cycle development set up by the National Centre for Management Development and Information Technology of the Ministry of Planning and Development Cooperation, which was the title session (legal considerations that govern the drafting of contracts and government tenders) was presented a four-hour lecture entitled (the procedural aspects of government tenders and contracts were four axes, namely:1 – the rules of the conclusion of public contracts.2 – the procedural aspects of public contracts.3 – methods of the conclusion of public contracts.4 – the dispute settlement mechanism in public contracts.
