The training program boils down to four main themes : -First: the development of departmental staff skills ( leadership skills and supervision) .Second: The characteristics of successful managers ( vision – the ability – communication – the challenge ) .Third: communication and presentation skills ( basics of successful connection ) .Fourth: the skills and effective negotiation strategies ( personal quality and management skills and humanity).Mr. Ahmed earned knight on a certificate of appreciation from the organization and was among the most prominent by Mr. Ahmed Fares including the findings and recommendations in his report as follows:The training session , which included four main axes task talking about personal skills and capacity development of self in middle management and included how to handle the administrative quality and access to quality and performance through communication and the challenge and ways bargaining peaceful concluded for the common good , or on a personal level and permeate session skills development through personal self – knowledge and the means physical excellence in the motor show in front of top officials and boring views of others as well as dealing in management with top personalities and adapt to actually get the job done accurately and timelyThe recommendations of the transfer of interest :1.
