I met the Preparatory Committee for the Scientific Symposium fourteen Faculty of Law / Law Branch Special on Sunday, 11/10/2013 , headed by Dr. Ammar Saadoun al-Mashhadani, and the presence of members, to discuss the necessary preparations for the symposium tagged ( real estate registration between ensuring ownership and restriction ) within the jurisdiction of civil law and planned held that , God willing , in 17/04/2014 , in order to provide the requirements of the success of the symposium and the division of work between the members and determine the responsibility has been put on the following topics:1. The formation of sub – committees2. Determine the functions of the sub – committees .After discussion and deliberation was reached the following decisions:First: the formation of three sub-committees to take the necessary preparations , namely:Second : determine the functions of the sub – committees of the following actions :III : Label teaching of Mr. Fathi Ali Fathi Rapporteur of the Preparatory Committee.Fourth: the minutes of the meeting of the preparatory committee for the symposium on Mr. Dean to approve the Committee's decisions.The Committee welcomes the preparatory work papers from researchers to e – mail the following:[email protected]
