‘The principles governing the regulation of executing the governmental contracts no.1 2008’ is the title of one of the lectures delivered in the 35th developing course.

Dr.A.M-al Rubei'I, the lecturer in the Department of Public law, has delivered a lecture titled '' The Principles Governing the Regulations of Executing the Governmental Contracts'' in the proceedings of the developing course organized by the continuous teaching unit in the college.
