Opening of Ibn Khaldoun Central library
Under the patronage of the president of Mosul University Dr. Qusay Kamal Al_ Din under the supervision of the Secretary _ General of the Central library and following up Mr. Akram Hussein Younis ,the official in charge of Ibn Khaldoun Central library .whereas attended Dr. Khalaf Ramadan Dean of college of law the opening of library . After the completion of the reconstruction of the library and self-efforts of the library cadre and cooperation with organization (UNDP)
