Took place in the college of Rights on Sunday 2019/21/ 1 , a discussion of the master’s student (Youssef Fathi Mohammed ) on his thesis under title (Implementing the judicial ruling issued to cancel the administrative decision ) under the supervision of Dr. (Talal Abdel Hussein ) the researcher reached a number of results , the foremost of which was that the purpose of implementing the ruling to cancel the administrative decision is to achieve the effect that each appellant wants the decision so that the ruling issued for cancellation is an absolute authority despite the absence of an explicit provision to that effect , as well as the cancellation ruling that creates two obligation for the first administrative to be positive is represented by the administration taking all the measures that lead to return the case .The negative commitment that administration is intended to refrain from taking any action that leads to the implementation of the annulled decision ,in whole or in part , at the conclusion , the thesis was accepted and the student was awarded a master’s degree in public law administrative.
