Under the supervision of Dr. Khalaf Ramadan Mohammed the vice of Dean , And in the presence of Dr. Kaydar Abdul Qadir Salih a head of the public law branch and members of the college council and its scientific and administrative cadre .The workshop aims to concentrate on the concept of information crime and provide legal protection and create a punitive system against its perpetrators . In addition to disseminating legal culture and raising awareness of the dangers of this type of crime which has taken many picture due to electronic development and progress . The form in which it generates the risk of institution and individuals , So the workshop reached to many of the resulting were in the forefront of the electronic crime in the Iraqi society who did not familiarize with this type of crime .In addition to its different from the traditional crimes in terms of its people and means used in its commission ,as well as the difficulty of discovering and proving it and the multiplicity of its forms which are related to the public rights and private rights .And this workshop is part of a series of scientific and cultural activities held by the College of Rights.
