Took place in the college of Rights on Tuesday 2019/11/ 21 , a discussion of the master’s student (Fadel Ahmed Youssef ) on his thesis under title (General Principle of law within the International Judicial Framework ) under the supervision of Dr. (Abdul aziz Ramadan Ali ) the researcher reached many of results , The forefront that the identity , content , arrangement ,enforcement & application of the general principle of law recognized by the United Nation as the source on international law in the statute of the international and permanent courts of justice is subject of jurisprudence and a very different judicial perception as there are consensus that the original of the principle of law are those derived from national legal systems ,Which rise to the level of implementation of the negotiable internationally , In addition to portion of private international law principles which no counterpart in national laws . At the conclusion , the thesis was accepted and the student was awarded a master’s degree in public law administrative.
