Within the scientific activities of the private law branch , Dr. Mohammed Siddiq Mohammed gave on Tuesday 2019/12/31 a scientific lecture to the students of the initial study entitled (Contact Sharia Contracts ) where he explained in his lecture the contract , its elements , conditions , clauses and how to hold it in addition to a mechanism statements executing the contract according to the terms mentioned in it that it is not permissible to make any amendments to it by the exceptional cases specified by the law where the judge authorized the making of amendments to contract in two cases the first case represented compliance contracts and the second case represented the emergency circumstance theory as anything else is not permissible to make any amendment to the contact , the lecture comes within the students activities held by our college and which aim to raise the scientific level of our students and motivate them to see what’s new and novelty in the various branches of law series .
