According to the directions of professor (Qusay Kamal Al- Din ) , the president of the University of Mosul ,and for the purpose of developing the technical and technical cadres of the university of Mosul , and in accordance with the principle of joint work , Mr. (Ahmed Fares ) Director of the College of the rights library , participated in a meeting of the directors of sub- libraries of the Mosul University libraries . A plan for the progress of technical work in libraries and assigning libraries to adopt the Access program , where a broad explanation was provided on the program and its technical and service procedures for the beneficiaries , as well as the need to achieves cooperation and coordination between the secretariat of the Central library and the secretaries .
