The discussion committee was chaired by Dr. RaedNaji Ahmed / College of Law, University of Fallujah, whose participation was Dr. Muhammad Ulum Muhammad al-Oqabi / College of Law, University of Baghdad via the electronic space by applying zoom

Dr. Talal Abdul Hussein, Dr. Hassan Muhammad Ali and Dr. Raqeeb Muhammad Jasim / Faculty of Law, University of Mosul also participated in the presence

The researcher discussed the interest of many specialists in all fields, as the topic of sustainable development has become of great importance, as economists, socialists and politicians have been interested in sustainable development in their studies, both according to their specialization, in addition to the interest of different countries in sustainable development that they seek to activate.

The researcher reached a number of conclusions, in the forefront of which was that the financial institution, if it had financial assets such as loans, securities, and its debts was also financial with a vital task in the growth of the economy, and then the financial status must be present in it in order for the above description to be applicable to it.

At the conclusion of the discussion, the committee accepted the student’s thesis and was awarded a doctorate degree in public law / public finance and financial legislation
