On Wednesday, 2/24/2021, a master’s student in the private law branch, Sarah Faleh Hassan, was discussed in our college about her message tagged (exchange contract / comparative analysis study) under the supervision of Dr. ZeinaGhanemYounes
The discussion committee is chaired by Dr. Burke Faris Hussein / Faculty of Law, Tikrit University, and the membership of Dr. HabibIdrisIssa and Dr. NizarHazem Muhammad / Faculty of Law, University of Mosul
The researcher discussed the contractual transactions and obligations that have become an important part of the lives of individuals, as their areas of dealings have varied, and as a result there is a variety of contracts concluded between them and the accompanying differences and discounts between them, and among these contracts is the exchange contract that is taking place with the lives of individuals in all their transactions in order to exchange currencies some Some to fulfill their daily needs
The researcher reached a number of conclusions, the foremost of which was that the exchange contract is one of the contracts of great importance in our time, but it did not have a special legal regulation by the Iraqi legislator compared to other named contracts
At the conclusion of the discussion, the committee accepted the student’s thesis and was awarded a master’s degree in private law / civil law
