The researcher discussed the impact of the increase in interest in the issue of human rights as a result of the violations it was subjected to in the Second World War, since the United Nations is the first international body to recognize human rights and basic freedoms on the international level, and this interest had an impact on some international principles that are closely related to human rights

The researcher reached a number of conclusions, in the forefront of which was the role of the idea of ​​human rights and its great importance throughout the stages of history and the difference in its importance in different schools and intellectual doctrines. The group is the holder of the right, and the personality of the individual fuses into the group

At the conclusion of the discussion, the committee accepted the student’s thesis and was awarded a PhD in public law / public international law
