Under the supervision of Dr. WissamNemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, the respected Dean of the College, and the presence of Dr. Muhammad Siddiq Muhammad Abdullah, the Respected Associate Dean for Academic and Student Affairs, and Dr. Khalaf Ramadan Muhammad the Respected, Associate Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs, and the Heads of the scientific branches in our college, and given the imminent start of mid-year examinations for the current academic year 2021/2020

On Thursday, 11/3/2021, our college held a meeting with college students for the morning and evening studies

The attendees welcomed our dear students and were instructed on the necessity to use official e-mails in their academic career in addition to adopting them (official e-mails) in mid-year exams. It was also emphasized that everyone should receive the student’s identity. Cases in which the student is allowed to postpone in addition to explaining the specific examination instructions From the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the Dean of the College and the members of the College Council also sent reassurances to our students regarding the electronic examinations, confirming that there is a specialized technical staff in the college with distinguished electronic experiences ready to face any problem that the student might face while taking the exam, in addition to explaining how to set the exam schedule Which will be in two parts, one of which is an electronic table of some of the materials and the other in presence of the rest of the materials

The attendees listened to our dear students and expressed their readiness to solve any student problem related to the scientific process, especially in light of the presence of the Counseling Committee, which assigned a concerned professor to each division and study
