Research higher diploma in the branch of private law on procedural waste in civil litigation_ college of law

On Monday, May 3, 2021, the Private Law Branch at the Faculty of Law at the University of Mosul discussed a higher diploma on procedural waste in civil litigation. Part of it was attended by Assistant Professor Dr. WissamNemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College and Assistant Professor Dr. Khalaf Ramadan Muhammad, Associate Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs, and Assistant Professor Dr. Muhammad Siddiq Muhammad Abdullah, Assistant Dean for Academic and Student Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr.EjyadThamerNayef, Head of the Private Law Branch, and a number of faculty teaching

The research presented by the student Marwa and Adallah Mahmoud in the Special Law Branch addressed the goal of the Civil Procedure Law to achieve a just and prompt judiciary with the lowest economic costs, less procedures and less time.

Whereas procedural waste is expected in all stages of hearing the case, starting with its filing, passing through the judgment, ending with the appeal, and ending with the execution of the judgment Taken

The study aims to show that waste is one of the civil procedures and a pest that plagues the entire litigation process and constitutes a stumbling block that stands in front of the quick settlement of cases in the courts and the delivery of rights at the lowest economic costs. And finding appropriate solutions to prevent falling into a problem
