The message presented by the student, Kakul Ahmed Maarouf, dealt with disability, which is a phenomenon that societies suffer without exception, as no society is free from it, regardless of the degree of its progress, as people with disabilities have increased, especially in the past few years due to terrorism, civil wars, internal revolutions, high transportation accidents, lack of health care and relatives marriage And increasing aging among people and others, therefore, people with disabilities suffer from discrimination that restricts their participation in society on an equal basis with others, as they were marginalized, as persons with disabilities remained far from the subject of international protection due to the absence of an international instrument showing their legal status
The study aims to define people with disabilities who are people who suffer from a permanent lack of physical, mental, mental or sensory capabilities and qualifications, whether they were born with it or joined after birth, which limits the opportunities for their full and effective integration and participation in society
