Prof. Dr. ZinaGhanemYounes, one of the facilitators of the Human Rights Law Branch in our college and the Dean of the College of Law / Nineveh University, participated in the discussion of the doctoral thesis tagged (civil responsibility resulting from encroachment on state lands / a comparative study) which took place at the Faculty of Law, Tikrit University, where the committee accepted the student’s thesis (Wissam Abdel Mohamed) and was awarded a doctorate in private law / civil law
