The College of Law at the University of Mosul has been working to achieve community communication by recalling the international days related to the life of the individual and society, and among these days is the World Environment Day, which falls on the fifth of June, where the global celebration of this day began since 1972, with the establishment of the United Nations Environment Program of the United Nations United

The program clarifies the risks surrounding the environment by hosting one of the official events for this day, noting that the State of Pakistan is hosting the activities of the World Environment Day for the current year 2021, where the events were held under the slogan of restoring the ecosystem

Due to the coincidence of this day in the current year 2021 with the global spread of the Corona pandemic, the Deanship of the Faculty of Law calls on all individuals and owners of projects, companies and industrial institutions to take care of the environment as it is the vital artery of life, in addition to the importance of reminding the dangers of environmental pollution that affects the individual, his social behavior and his community structure. Therefore, international, national and societal efforts must be combined to preserve our healthy, fragrant environment that provides a refreshing life for every creature that resides on our planet
