High diploma research in the private law branch on the legal regulation of tourism investment in Iraq

On Monday, July 26, 2021, the Private Law Branch at the College of Law at the University of Mosul discussed a higher diploma research on the legal regulation of tourism investment in Iraq

Part of it was attended by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Neamat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College and Assistant Professor Dr. Ajyad Thamer Nayef, Head of the Private Law Branch, and a number of members of the College Council and its teachers

The research presented by the student Suhaib Ahmed Hamad in the private law branch dealt with tourism as one of the most growing industries in the world in addition to its great role in the field of international trade as a productive sector that has importance in increasing national income and improving the balance of payments and as a source of hard currency and a field that provides opportunities for employment National employment and a goal to achieve economic development programs

The study aims to clarify the role of tourism investment and its economic importance as an inexhaustible resource, especially if it is well exploited, as it plays a major role in maximizing the state’s imports through the returns and returns that it achieves that contribute to supporting the national economy, raising the level of income for large segments of society and reducing unemployment, as well as Its role in infrastructure development

The discussion committee was chaired by Assistant Professor Dr. Bushra Khaled Turki, the membership of Dr. Radwan Hashem Hamdoun, and the membership and supervision of Dr. Rawa Younis Al-Najjar
