Research for a higher diploma in the branch of human rights law _ College of law

The Human Rights Law Branch at the College of Law at the University of Mosul discussed a high diploma research on the effectiveness of the World Health Organization in protecting the right to health during the Corona pandemic on Tuesday, July 25, 2021

Part of it was attended by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Neamat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College, and Assistant Professor Dr. Luqman Othman Ahmed, Head of the Human Rights Law Branch, and a number of members of the College Council and its founders

The research presented by the student Noam Luqman Thanoun in the Human Rights Law branch dealt with epidemics and pandemics that have become a global threat to societies as a whole, in addition to the flourishing of the global transcontinental trade movement and the accompanying increase in communication and mixing, and the necessity of finding an international organization aimed at addressing epidemics and not her transmission

The study aims to explain the pandemics that afflicted humanity, the latest of which was the Corona pandemic, which affected all aspects of human life, in addition to paying attention to the statement of the conceptual framework of the right to health and the role of the World Health Organization in combating epidemics and diseases

The discussion committee was chaired by Dr. Faris Muhammad Hussein, the membership of Dr. Uday Muhammad Reda, and the membership and supervision of Dr. Shaima Abdul Sattar Jabr
