The Private Law Branch at the College of Law at the University of Mosul discussed a higher diploma search for a license to practice commercial agency business on Wednesday, July 28, 2021

Part of it was attended by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Ajyad Thamer Nayef, Head of the Private Law Branch, and a number of members of the College Council and its teachers

The research presented by the student, Ibtihal Muayyad Mahmoud, in the private law branch dealt with the commercial agency, which has flourished recently. There is hardly a global commercial establishment or an industrial company that does not have agents in most global markets and the importance of the commercial agency. Many countries have issued special legislation for commercial agency

The study aims to develop a definition of the license, which is a procedure of commercial agency procedures that is granted by a competent official authority and by a specialized employee who is the registrar of companies. It is considered a certificate granted to the agent to practice the business of commercial agency

The discussion committee was chaired by Assistant Professor Dr. Muhannad Ibrahim Ali, the membership of Dr. Shaima Fawzi Ahmed, and the membership and supervision of Dr. Mustafa Nateq Saleh
