Dr. Yasser Bassem Thanoun, one of the affiliates of the Private Law Branch at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, and the researcher Ahmed Mowaffaq Al-Hayali, one of the affiliates of the Nineveh Governorate Health Presidency, was published by Dar Al-Sanhouri for Legal Books and Political Science, a book entitled Provisions of the Law of Sale and Rent of State Funds No. 21 of 2013 amended, and this author comes Within the ongoing scientific research movement in our college, which aims to develop solutions, scientific organization, and legal interpretation of everything that is new and emerging, in addition to developing an accurate scientific legal interpretation of legal terms in a way that helps keep pace with scientific, cultural and legal development in the twenty-first century, and in turn congratulates the Deanship of the College of Law represented by the Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Neamat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College, Dr. Yasser Bassem Thanoun, and researcher Ahmed Mowaffaq Al-Hayali, wishing them continued giving and creativity
