Research for a higher diploma in the branch of human rights law on the right to information and its impact on ensuring rights and freedoms

The Human Rights Law Branch at the College of Law at the University of Mosul discussed a high diploma research on the right to information and its impact on ensuring rights and freedoms on Tuesday, August 24, 2021. Part of it was attended by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College and a number of members of the College Council and its teachers

The research presented by the student Mahmoud Ali Jassim in the human rights law branch dealt with the right of access to information, which is one of the basic civil and political rights. Its impact is tangible in ensuring other rights and freedoms

The study aims to clarify the necessity of obtaining information from the basic human rights, which guarantees individuals obtaining the information required by them and government institutions and according to the law by making information available by any means, whether audio or visual

The discussion committee was chaired by Dr. Harith Adeeb Ibrahim, the membership of Dr. Rafal Hassan Hamed, and the membership and supervision of Dr. Luqman Othman Ahmed
