In the presence of Dr. Qidar Abdel Qader Saleh, Head of the Public Law Branch, headed by Dr. Sevan Pakrad Mesrob, and the membership of Dr. Muhammad Ezzat Fadel, Dr. Fadela Abbas Ghaeb and Dr. Muhammad Sami Younes, the Seminars Committee of the Public Law Branch met on Wednesday, December 8, 2021, and the draft thesis of doctoral student Muhammad Fouad was discussed. Requested under the supervision of Dr. Qabas Hassan Awwad and in the presence of the faculty members of the branch, and after reviewing the importance, structure and problems of the study, the committee recommended accepting the registration of the address after making some amendments to it, knowing that the student’s study in the public law branch
