In view of the distinguished efforts made by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Neamat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College of Law at the University of Mosul and his role in strengthening and documenting scientific and academic cooperation relations in a manner that serves to support the scientific and academic career at the College of Law at the University of Al-Muthanna with the College of Law at the University of Mosul and to contribute to the legal library in the College Above by a number of modern scientific sources, he was honored with a letter of thanks and appreciation by Prof. Dr. Amer Muhammad Ali, President of the University of Al-Muthanna, and this honor represents the fruit of scientific and knowledge cooperation between our college and the rest of the national and international universities, colleges and scientific institutions, which contributes to the enhancement and development of scientific and academic expertise in our Iraq. dear
