In view of the distinguished efforts made by Dr. Obaid Abdullah Zaidan / College of Law and Political Science / University of Kirkuk in supporting the scientific, cultural and student activities in our college and his participation in the discussion of a doctoral student in the private law branch Fadia Adnan Hussein, he was honored with a certificate of appreciation by the Dean of the College who handed him over to her Prof. Dr. Khalaf Ramadan Muhammad, Associate Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs, and in turn, congratulates the Dean of the College, the members of the College Council, its scientific and administrative staff, and its students, Dr. Obaid Abdullah Zidan, wishing him more scientific giving and academic creativity in service to the path of science and knowledge in our dear college, our prestigious university and our proud Iraq
