Master’s thesis in the private law branch on the civil liability of the doctor / comparative study

The Private Law Branch at the College of Law at the University of Mosul discussed on Thursday, December 16, 2021 a master’s thesis on the compulsory insurance contract from the civil liability of a doctor / a comparative study

Part of it was attended by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Neamat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College and a number of members of the College Council and its lecturers

The letter submitted by the student Hoda Mahmoud Hassan in the private law branch dealt with the mandatory insurance for doctors, which includes unintentional medical errors that result from scientific and technical developments in the medical field.

The study aims to show that the obligatory insurance contract is based on the civil liability of the doctor on social and economic bases whose appearance is cooperation and its goal is to disperse and weaken risks by making a set-off between them

The discussion committee was chaired by Prof. Dr. Akram Mahmoud Hussein, the membership of Prof. Burke Faris Hussein, the assistant professor Dr. Muhammad Siddiq Muhammad, and the membership and supervision of the assistant professor, Dr. Raeda Muhammad Mahmoud
