In the presence of Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Neamat Ibrahim Al Saadi, Dean of the College, Prof. Ajyad Thamer Nayef, Head of the Private Law Branch, and Assistant Professor Dr. Qidar Abdel Qader Saleh, Head of the Public Law Branch, headed by Dr. Muhammad Siddiq Muhammad and the membership of Dr. Raeda Muhammad Mahmoud and Dr. Habib Idris Issa, the Seminars Committee of the Private Law Branch met The project of registering the master’s student Shams Sabbar was discussed under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Akram Mahmoud Hussein and the presence of the faculty members of the branch, and after reviewing the importance, structure and problems of the study, the committee recommended accepting the title’s registration after making some amendments to it, knowing that the student’s study in the private law branch
