In the presence of Assistant Professor Dr. Qidar Abdel Qader Saleh, Head of the Public Law Branch, headed by Dr. Hassan Muhammad Ali and the membership of Dr. Sevan Pakrad Mesrob, Dr. Nektel Ibrahim Abdul Rahman and Dr. Ali Muhammad Reda, the Seminars Committee of the Public Law Branch met on Wednesday, December 15, 2021, and the project for recording the doctoral student’s thesis was discussed Zahraa Hisham Ibrahim, under the supervision of Dr. Ahmed Mahmoud Ahmed and in the presence of the faculty members of the branch, and after reviewing the importance, structure and problems of the study, the committee recommended accepting the title’s registration after making some amendments to it, knowing that the student’s study in the public law branch
