In the presence of the assistant professor, Dr. Qidar Abdel Qader Saleh, head of the Public Law Branch, headed by Dr. Nektel Ibrahim Abdel Rahman, and the membership of Dr. Ahmed Mahmoud Ahmed, the Seminars Committee of the Public Law Branch met on Tuesday, December 15, 2021, and the project for recording the doctoral student Amir Abdullah’s thesis was discussed under the supervision of Dr. Hassan Muhammad Ali and in the presence of Members of the faculty of the branch, and after reviewing the importance, structure and problems of the study, the committee recommended accepting the title’s registration after making some amendments to it, noting that the student’s study in the public law branch
