The letter presented by the student Ahmed Abdullah Hadi in the private law branch dealt with the trademark, which is one of the most important elements of economic and commercial development, whether at the local or international levels, as this importance is not limited to its owner, but rather works to protect the consumer from fraud by others, and this is what made it a place For many disputes between merchants, institutions and commercial companies

The study aims to show that striking off the trademark requires the issuance of a decision to delete from the trademark registry by the competent authority. In addition, the application for cancellation is made in all legal cases that lead to the cancellation of the trademark, either for violating the formal or substantive conditions of registration, or because the owner did not use it or wanted to delete it from the register
