In the presence of Assistant Professor Dr. Qidar Abdel Qader Saleh, Head of the Public Law Branch, headed by Dr. Qabas Hassan Awwad and the membership of Dr. Muhammad Sami Younis and Dr. Zainab Munther Jassem, the Seminars Committee of the Public Law Branch met on Tuesday, December 14, 2021, and discussed the draft of a master’s student’s thesis, Afaf Radi Khedr, under the supervision of Dr. Fadela Abbas is absent and in the presence of the faculty members of the branch, and after reviewing the importance, structure and problems of the study, the committee recommended accepting the registration of the title after making some amendments to it, knowing that the student’s study in the public law branch
