Due to the promotion of Dr. Muhammad Abbas Hamoudi, one of the employees of the Public Law Branch at the College of Law at the University of Mosul to the rank of professor, and within the college’s program in honoring its members who are promoted to the rank of professor, Dr. Muhammad Abbas Hamoudi was honored with the Shield of Excellence and Creativity by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi Dean of the College.
