Dr. Qabas Hassan Awwad, one of the female teachers of the Public Law Branch at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, participated through electronic applications in the discussion session that dealt with the Arab Regional Consultation for the Fourth Recommendation of the UNESCO Convention on Education for the year 1974, in addition to presenting many challenges and structural problems in the local and regional education environment. This participation comes within the context of the college’s programs in urging its members to participate in scientific, cultural and academic activities that contribute to building bridges of knowledge communication and strengthening the bonds of scientific interaction with all that is circulated and discussed at the local and international levels, which contributes to seeing all that is new and updated in the scope of scientific research
