Master’s thesis in the branch of public law on the control of the administrative judiciary on the decisions of the administration affecting the rights and public freedoms of the public employee

On Wednesday, March 22, 2022, the Public Law Branch at the College of Law at the University of Mosul discussed a master’s thesis on the administrative judiciary’s control over the administration’s decisions affecting the rights and public freedoms of the public employee. Part of it was attended by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College and a number of members of the College Council and its teachers

The thesis submitted by the student Muhammad Shaker Yassin in the Public Law Branch dealt with the rights and public freedoms stipulated in global declarations and international charters and addressed in the internal constitutions that all citizens enjoy without discrimination and the public servant as one of these addressees can exercise these rights and freedoms

The study showed that despite the convergence between the two meanings of right and freedom and the similarity to some extent between the two terms, and a large section of jurists going in this direction, the study showed that each of the right and freedom has its own meaning

The discussion committee was chaired by Prof. Dr. Hassan Muhammad Ali, with the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Qidar Abdel Qader Saleh, the teacher, Dr. Ansam Ali Abdullah, and the membership and supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Mahmoud Al-Rubaie
